Do I need an account to book?
No. You can complete a booking as a guest, just an email address and payment info. We'll send your confirmation and check-in details directly.
What if something breaks during my stay?
Text (414) 387-3036. Our local maintenance teams are on call for same-day response. Most issues are resolved within hours.
Can I get a late checkout?
Often, yes, it depends on whether the home has another booking that day. Text us at least 24 hours before checkout and we'll let you know.
I'm a property owner. How do I get in touch?
Email own@getawayandstay.com or call (414) 387-3036 and say you're a prospective owner. We'll set up a call and walk through your property's potential.
How do I modify or cancel a booking?
Log into the OwnerRez portal using the link in your confirmation email, or text us and we'll handle it. Cancellation terms are listed on your property page and in your booking confirmation.
