HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you’re bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
This property features a spacious driveway that comfortably accommodates up to 4 cars or trucks, ensuring your family has plenty of parking options. Please remember to keep the grass pristine by parking only on the driveway. If you’re bringing along your boat, there’s also ample room for a trailer, making it easy for your family to enjoy days on the water.

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
For a secure booking experience, our payment policy requires the cardholder to match the person making the reservation. If the cardholder is different, no worries—we’ll just ask for a quick verification, including signing a Credit Card Authorization Agreement and submitting an ID and selfie for confirmation. All guests must also sign a rental agreement through our secure guest portal to access the property guidebook and other helpful info. These simple steps help us keep your stay safe and seamless.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We’re always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.

Please remember to clean up after your dog if you brought ‘em with you. Our hard-working cleaners appreciate it. If you can get to it, please start the dishwasher before your departure. Don’t worry about the sheets and towels. We will take care of the beds. Just leave any used towels in the bathroom.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
