      Falcon 9 offers four private bedroom suites that feel like boutique hotel rooms, plus a cozy bunk nook perfect for extra guests.
       ●  Main Level: A serene King suite with ensuite bath and step-free access.
       ●  Lower Level: Spacious King suite with ensuite bath + additional daybed.
       ●  Upper Level: 2 King bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and scenic views.
       ●  Bunk Nook (Upper Level): Twin XL over Queen bunk nestled in a stylish alcove off the hallway—great for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements.

     All rooms are equipped with soft linens, smart TVs, and space to unwind after mountain adventures.

PETS
Please note, pets are not allowed on the property to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!

PARKING
The cabin offers ample parking options for guests. The driveway in front of the cabin can accommodate 4-5 vehicles.

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
For a secure booking experience, our payment policy requires the cardholder to match the person making the reservation. If the cardholder is different, no worries—we’ll just ask for a quick verification, including signing a Credit Card Authorization Agreement and submitting an ID and selfie for confirmation. All guests must also sign a rental agreement through our secure guest portal to access the property guidebook and other helpful info. These simple steps help us keep your stay safe and seamless.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We’re always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
