Information collected automatically when you access our site:

  • IP address, device type, unique device identifiers, browser type, operating system, internet service provider, general location at the city or country level
  • Site interactions, for example pages viewed, links clicked, features used, referring and exit pages, date and time stamps

Mobile Apps

If we offer a mobile app, we may collect technical details to operate it, for example device and network information, operating system and version, app usage, performance, and settings. With your permission, we may collect location data to enable location-based features. You can disable location through your device settings.

Smart property devices

At some properties we use exterior Ring cameras at entrances and driveways, noise awareness devices such as Minut or Alertify inside common areas, smart thermostats, and Schlage Encode style smart locks. We do not deploy interior video cameras. Noise devices detect decibel levels
and do not record conversations. Smart locks log access events, for example a code used with a timestamp, to help with guest support and security.

  • Business partners and programs, for example when we co-offer a promotion or loyalty benefit you select.
