This cabin boasts 7 HDTVs. Each bedroom has a 33” TV, the living room has a 55” TV and the lower level has a 75” TV. These TVs are equipped with Roku and with various streaming apps that will provide you with access to all your favorite movies, TV shows, and other content. Please use your personal streaming account during your stay and remember to log off before checking out.
The lower level of the cabin is equipped with an arcade, a pool table, several wall mounted games (tic-tac-toe, connect 4, and chess).

Only 1.2 miles from the Parkway, and the 3 minute drive is smooth and easy - no unpaved, steep, or winding roads!

5 Mile drive to Dollywood.
10 Mile drive to Gatlinburg.

✩ GETTING HERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to our driveway. There are no steep roads.

✩ PARKING:
2-3 vehicles can fit in the driveway in front of the cabin. This space is shared with the adjacent cabin. There is additional parking space beside the cabin (between two cabins). 2-3 vehicles can fit in this space.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided with the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

★CLEANING★
We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning is performed.

★PARKING★
The main parking area in front of the cabin can accommodate approximately six cars. It's worth noting that this space is shared with the neighboring cabin, so guests should be mindful of ensuring enough space is available for both properties.

In addition to the main parking area in front of the cabin, there is also additional parking space adjacent to the cabin, situated between two cabins. This area can accommodate two cars, providing extra parking options for guests.

In addition to the parking spaces in front of and adjacent to the cabin, there is also a large parking area located directly behind the cabin. This spacious area can accommodate several cars or even a trailer, providing ample parking options for guests.

★BABY GEAR★
We have a pack n' play. It will be provided upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking or 2 days before checking in.

★CHECK IN/OUT★
We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

★NON SMOKING★
This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke or vape inside the cabin, you will be charged $500, plus an increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

★PET POLICY★
Dogs are welcome

✩ We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, and power outages.
✩ The indoor fireplace is available for use from October 1 - April 1.

✩ Your security is important to us. The home has a smart locking system, and a camera has been installed on the outside of the premises.

✩ No parties. Events (birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc.) ok WITH HOST APPROVAL, but any larger events with more than the registered guests coming may require additional event fee. In the event a guest does this without prior approval and/or pay the required event fee, the guest will be required to leave immediately with no refund and lose their deposit.

✩ By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $50 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
