SISTER BAY BEACH

You will definitely enjoy the public beach in Sister Bay that includes a swim raft, swim pier, playground, performance pavilion, picnic tables, a kayak launch, and stunning views of the setting sun. You can simply grab a bite to eat or shop since the ocean is right downtown!

 

SISTER BAY MARINA

Door County Magazine awarded Sister Bay Marina as the "best marina in Door County." It is your go-to marina and is situated in the center of gorgeous Door County, Wisconsin near restaurants. The marina contains one hundred seasonal spots, forty transient slips, and ten commercial docks. Door County's largest beachfront park/beach is part of the marina and provides the ideal place for a picnic, swimming, volleyball, or just relaxing and taking in sunsets in the park.

 

PEBBLE BEACH

Pebble Beach's beachfront is made up of boulders rather than sand, similar to Schoolhouse Beach on Washington Island.Pebble Beach is a site you shouldn't miss on your next vacation if you're searching for something different to do in Door County with lovely vistas and an interesting beach.

CORNER OF THE PAST MUSEUM

Immerse yourself in the distinctive history of Sister Bay by visiting the 15 galleries loaded with antiques, pictures, videos, and personal accounts from Sister Bay residents that are housed in 15 historically restored structures. The site features a barn, granary, machine shop, log cabins, migrant's cabin, summer kitchen, sawmill, blacksmith's barn, and early tourist cottages, all of which are authentic, historically restored farm buildings from the Sister Bay region. 

 

JOHNSON’S PARK

A nearby amusement park called Johnson's Park has go-karts, a miniature golf course, batting cages, and a video arcade. This location is for you if you have nostalgic feelings for go-kart tracks from the 1970s and 1980s. Johnson's is a great place to take the kids to have some fun for a couple hours. The go karts and mini golf are always a big hit.

 

SISTER BAY BOWL

Unlike the majority of the world, Sister Bay's downtown is lucky to have a traditional family-owned, kid-friendly supper club. The Sister Bay Bowl offers delicious lunch and dinner fare, warm service, and generous amounts. Enjoy a refreshing drink and delicious pizza while rolling a game on their retro bowling alleys.

The Sister Bay Historical Society's goal is to promote, support, and take part in the preservation, restoration, and distribution of historical knowledge, artifacts, and locations in the Sister Bay Area.

 

FRYKMAN STUDIO GALLERY

Frykman Studio Gallery is an art gallery in Sister Bay that features wood carvings and oil paintings by David Frykman, nature photography by Heather and Lucas Frykman and pottery and sculpture by Steve Jorgenson. It is one of the best places to take in local art and admire unique works of art.
